Please read these terms carefully before using our design services.
Design Services Agreement
By using Pulse Customs design services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all interactions and transactions related to our custom design services.
1. Refunds
Refunds of any sort are not offered. Before purchasing one of our products, ensure you review it before purchasing, we are not responsible for your own mistakes.
2. Payment
Pulse Customs assumes no liability for any loss or damage to the product. When an order is closed, the product condition becomes the sole property of the client.
3. Client Dissatisfaction
Before purchasing a product, ensure you are satisfied with the final product. If you are not, work with the designer to correct any disliked features. After an order is closed, we no longer assume responsibility for dissatisfaction.
4. Redistribution/Reselling
Reselling any products purchased within our server is a result of a blacklist, including other design-affiliated servers. This includes the unauthorized distribution of products to third parties.
5. Order Alteration
Once you have provided order details to a designated designer, you are not permitted to substantially alter the product that may cause the designer inconvenience. In the event that this occurs, your order will be closed.
6. Membership Validity
Membership perks (Pulse+) are only applicable to orders after the membership has been purchased. Previous orders are not applicable to perks.
7. TOS Amendment
We reserve the right to update our Terms of Service whenever we feel the need to do so. It is solely your responsibility to review these terms prior to creating an order.
